MAIN DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROCESS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION Baxriddin Jurayevich, Mahmudov Mukhtasar Fazliddin qizi, Abdurakhmanova economic growth, sustainable growth, quality of growth, modernization of the economy, stabilization of the economy. In this fast-changing world, conflicts of interest and rivalry between countries are growing. In such a difficult international environment, it is important to keep our country competitive in the region and in the world. Based on the “Strategy of actions on social and economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021” adopted for achievement of this goal, the priority directions of our development for the next years are clearly defined. In particular, 76 thousand projects totaling $ 21 trillion and $ 1 billion have been implemented within the framework of the state program "2018 to support active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technologies". Significant results are being achieved in the national economy in industry, agriculture, capital construction, transport and communications, services and services. Studies show that total investment in fixed assets at the expense of all sources of economic and social development of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 68.4 trillion soums (US $ 13.4 billion) in 2017, an increase of 120.4% compared to 2016. The share of investment in fixed assets in GDP was 26.9%, compared with 2016 at 2.8% (18.8% compared to 1991, 22.9% against 2000, 19.9% against 2005). It increased by 24.6% compared to 2010 and by 24.3% compared to 2015. Stability of the socio-economic conditions in the country, the rule of law, the size of the domestic market, rich natural resources, high intellectual potential, stability of the banking and financial system, development of infrastructure and logistics, flexibility of tax policy, participation of foreign investors in the privatization process, foreign capital privileges and preferences, such as the provision of additional facilities to the enterprises with the participation of foreign investors it serves as an important decision in favor of Development and strengthening of the banking system has always been in the focus of our attention, and this is giving its positive results. The country's banking system demonstrates stability and stability. This is explained by the high level of reliability of banks and the lack of reliance on foreign sources of financing, and the negative impact of external shocks. Investment activity of commercial banks is increasing. More than 75% of commercial banks' investments are long-term investment loans for over three years. In general, it should be noted that over the past ten years, lending by the banks to the real sector of the economy has increased 7 times. The unconventional approach to transfer the economically insolvent enterprises to the balance sheets of the banks has justified and proved effective. At present, out of 164 bankrupt enterprises transferred to the banks, 156 have fully restored their production activity, 110 have been sold to new investors. Commercial banks invested 275 billion soums in the technical re-equipment and modernization of such enterprises, resulting in over 22,000 jobs. The role of banks is particularly important in their investment policies for modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of leading sectors of the economy, housing construction, transport and infrastructure communications development. In this regard, commercial banks of the country have problems with the mechanism of lending, monitoring and repayment of loans and the need to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at solving these problems. ONLINE MARKETING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN SAMAR, PHILIPPINES Patimo, Donald Dollado, Rodolfo Online Marketing Small and Medium Enterprise Marketing Marketing is considered an important strategy in attaining the business objectives. With this, efficient tools are significant to achieve those objectives. Today, the Internet and web technologies facilitate efficient and effective marketing activities. Literatures showed that many business organizations are using online marketing to promote and advertise their products and services. The importance of online marketing has prompted the researchers to conduct this study. This study aimed to assess the status of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the province of Samar in adopting online marketing. It employed the descriptive research design. The questionnaire was used as the primary research instrument to gather data. The respondents of the study included the business owners and operators of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and online customers in the province of Samar.  The results showed that the products/services offered by SMEs were mostly food products, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and groceries. The commonly used marketing tool by SMEs was tarpaulin. The most felt problem encountered by SMEs in the marketing of products was financial issues.  Moreover, the majority of the SMEs revealed that they were likely to adopt online marketing. Overall, the results showed that there is a presence of strong demand for online marketing in the province of Samar. Therefore, SMEs in Samar are willing to adopt online marketing despite the uncertainties and problems identified in the study. All aspect of human life is based on online or connected to internet. The development of e-administration in school administration is one of them. This study was descriptive qualitative which aims to describe and to explain school administration concept based online to ease school management in digital era. Source of data divided into two, including document and informants referring to education expert, education implementer unit and society as education user. Technique of collecting the data were content analysis and in-depth interview. Triangulation of source of data technique were used to validate the data. The result shows that there are some school administration system based online to ease school administration process. They are school registration based online (e-registration), school payment based online integrated with certain bank account (e-school payment), teaching journal based online (e-journal), and student achievement report based online (e-raport). Banking is one of the increasingly important economic sectors in Indonesia's economic development, especially in facing the era of free trade and globalization, both as an intermediary between the deficit sector and the supply sector as an agent of development. The planned merger of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk was also put forward by the then Minister of Finance with the aim of enlarging the scale of national banking so that it could be aligned with regional banks so that the Indonesian economy could grow the largest in the Association of South East Asia Nations (ASEAN). Although mergers are generally intended for business development based on increasing efficiency, it cannot be denied that mergers can also have consequences that can affect business competition. Other risks that can arise from the merger plan are financial conglomerates against adverse selection and moral hazard, given the excessive risk taking behavior. Judging from the data, in terms of regulations there is indeed no prohibition for banks in Indonesia to have a subsidiary. However, the practice of financial conglomeration has the potential to give birth to an unfair business competition. We set MACD using 60-periode for fast EMA, 130-periode for slow EMA, and 45-periode for Signal. The rule is histogram of MACD crosses zero line from below indicate buy signal and corsses zero line from above indicate sell signal. We use 8-year data from pusatdata.kontan.co.id. The result is MACD rule generate more profit than buy-and-hold strategy. Going through these stages will ensure investment. Many of the results did not match the expectations of economists. On the other hand, EUR exceeded expectations, but the trend is likely to decline. Meanwhile, in 2021, only Q4 remains. This study attempts to describe the opportunities in Q4 2021 and how to optimize profits on EUR/USD trading. Overall, EUR/USD tends to be bearish. However, with the unfavorable report on the US economy, the upward trend was quite significant throughout July-August. So there is a short sell opportunity, but by first testing the 1.1900 level. If the price is able to break through this level, EUR/USD will continue to be bullish. However, if the price is unable to penetrate that level, the price will have a bearish opportunity according to the major trend. Waste is the residue or by-product of the main product. Agricultural waste is part of agricultural plants above the ground or part of the shoots, stems that are left after being harvested or the main product is taken and is an alternative feed used as animal feed. The purpose of writing this article is to to describe some of the functions of waste. The method used in this research is literatur review. Based on the results of literature reviews of several agricultural books, most of the rice straw is used as compost. The percentage of rice straw is 65% is composted and 35% is used for animal feed. Survey of the Indonesian Ministry of Education 2020, 58% ineffective learning process, 38% lack of guidance, 35% poor communication, 62% need internet access, 59.5% object to school assignments. Research aims; 1) knowing the online learning process, 2) knowing the assessment method, 3) knowing how difficult it is for the teacher to prepare the material. Descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from observations and interviews, analysis techniques by presenting data, reduction and conclusions. The results of observational analysis and interview results 95% of the learning process still adopts curriculum 13. Students think that the teacher does not have a module as a tool for the learning process, the teacher's difficulty lies in writing integral symbols, logarithms, matrices and mathematical induction on google meet. The teacher prepares the RPP, however, the RPP given does not represent the textbook. The book given the concept is too difficult, the impact is that students only hear and receive answers from the teacher without any active interaction. 3) 60% of students disagree with the assessment method, the material being tested is more difficult than what is taught, as a result, learning outcomes are not as expected. The teacher has difficulty operating the google meet media, the teacher does not master how to write symbols, the difficulty of proving formulas, the difficulty of providing concepts, the difficulty of the internet network, the difficulty of correcting assignments, the difficulty of applying the Student center learning method, as a result the RPP designed is not in accordance with the implementation. The Influence of Internal Customer Care Management on Service Quality - A Case of Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL) in Tanzania Kupeni, Leonia Magali (PhD), Joseph Internal Customer Care Management, Service Quality, Tanzania The study examined the influence of internal customer care management on service quality at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL). Specifically, the study assessed how the working environment, supervisor behavior, and serving employees contributed to service quality. The study employed an explanatory research design and the survey strategy to establish a  relationship between variables. A structured questionnaire was engaged to collect data from a sample of 92 randomly selected respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis. The results from descriptive and multiple regression analysis found that working environment, supervisor behavior, and serving employees' behavior positively and significantly (p< 0.05) promoted the service quality at KSCL. However, the descriptive analysis portrayed favoritism in service provision for both serving employees and supervisors as reported by 52.3% and 42.6% of respondents, respectively. The study recommends that KSCL provide training to all employees on the importance of good internal customer service. It should also improve the working environment and effective communication system. Finally, KSCL should ensure that the supervisors and employees provide service without favoritism. There were 18 out of 55 students who gained below 75%. The problems encountered by the students before intervention are low comprehension, working students, no form of communication, affected by Covid and lost outputs. The intervention consists of home visitation, one-on-one calls, one-on-one video calls, one-on- one audio clips, blended learning thru modular, online and radio- based information with the networking process of the different stakeholders. Based on the findings, there is a significant difference in the performance of the respondents before and after the intervention. the use of intervention has improved the performance level of grade 11 students in Personal Development. This study addresses the Republic Act. No. 10533 encouraging the development and reproduction of instructional materials. This study used a pretest-posttest design. This design used four steps. The first step is to identify student respondents who are taking Filipino subject with specialization in technical-vocational track. The second step is to give the pretest to the students. The third step is to apply the learning intervention, Project ARAL. And the fourth step is to give a posttest. The mean score of the pre-test and post-test are both analyzed in this research. Overall, the use of Project ARAL can be used effectively to enhance students' ability to write technical-vocational writings using Filipino language. Lastly, there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test performed by the students. The ELECTRONIC AUDIO READING AID LECTURE (E-ARAL): INTERVENTION IN DEVELOPING READING COMPREHENSION AND ANALYSIS OF TEXTS DAYAG, FELY Electronic Instruction Materials Reading Effectiveness This study determined the effectiveness of the Electronic Audio Reading Aid Lecture (E-ARAL) in the subject Reading and Analysis of Various Texts towards Research. This study addressed the Republic Act 10533 which encourages the development and reproduction of instructional materials. This study used a pre-test-post-test design. The respondents are chosen purposively with a grade of 79 and below and divided into two groups the control and experimental group. The control group used the traditional method and the experimental group used the intervention E-ARAL in teaching the lesson. The mean score of the pre-test and post-test of the two groups are both analyzed to determine their significant differences. In conclusion, the utilization of traditional teaching and the intervention E-ARAL are both effective in teaching the subject, but the intervention E-ARAL is more effective because of the higher mastery level results. Lastly, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. The results revealed that the performance of the respondents after the intervention were significantly higher than before their exposure to the intervention. Based on the findings, there was an increase in the performance of Grade 11 students in using Peer Tutorial. It is recommended that teachers teaching mathematics should use Peer Tutorial when teaching lessons in Statistics and Probability. Furthermore, a similar study should be conducted to further test the effectiveness of Peer Tutorial. STEP BUDDY: A SCHEME TO ENHANCE THE DANCE SKILLS OF THE SHS STUDENTS Edrada, Ivy Peer- Tutoring; Physical Education; Health; Learning Materials; Dance Skills; Teaching Strategy This study analyzed the effectiveness of Step Buddy in improving the basic skills in a dance of Senior High School students. This study addresses the competency code PEH11FH-IIo-t-17, which is to organize sports events for a target health issue or concern. This study used an experimental method and underwent four steps. First, the researcher assessed the learner’s 1st quarter performance and determined the learners who need assistance and those who have potential in dancing. Second, the top ten highest performance grades for the 1st quarter were considered as peer tutors by the researcher. Then, the tutors and tutees met during their vacant time and the researcher monitored the tutoring session. After the said tutorial, the researcher compared the grades of the tutees in the 1st quarter and 2nd quarter to whether there is an increase in their level of performance. The mean score of the 1st and 2nd quarter performance task grades are both analyzed in this research. Overall, the use of Step Buddy can be used effectively to enhance students' ability to enhance skills in dancing. Therefore, there was a significant difference between the 1st and 2nd quarter performance task grades of the students. By comparing the legality of cultivated land applied by independent farmers, the audit method is used to conduct a quantitative descriptive analysis of conformity with ispo principles, criteria, and indicators. The legal status of smallholder farmers' land is incomplete, as the majority of oil palm plantations are located in KBK and the majority of land lacks a certificate but does have a letter of compensation. The THE CORRELATION OF TEACHING BEHAVIOR AND EDUCATIONAL COMPETENCE OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS Seraspe, Khent Ryan Teaching behavior; instructional competence This study determined the correlation of teaching behavior and instructional competence of public elementary school teachers in the District of Talisayan, Division of Misamis Oriental during the school year 2020-2021. It focused on the different areas of teaching behavior namely: instructional, socio-emotional, and organizational. Instructional competence focused on different domains such as: mastery of the subject matter, teachings skills, classroom management, and evaluation skills. The relationship of the abovementioned dimensions were also determined as to the public school teachers’ teaching performance. This study used the descriptive correlational method of research and data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson-r moment correlation. The participants of the study were the 89 randomly chosen public school teachers of Talisayan District. The research instrument used to conduct the study on the aspect of teaching behavior was adopted from Connor et al. (2009); while the instructional competence facet was adopted from Barnuevo et al. (2012). Generally, the public elementary school teachers Always exhibit all the dimensions of teaching behaviors. Further, their level of instructional competence is very high. In general, there was a significant relationship between the teaching behavior and instructional competence of the teachers. However, among the dimensions, it was specifically revealed that there was a high significant relationship between organizational teaching behavior and evaluation skills. Loss learning in learning can occur, one of which is when teachers do not have the ability and creativity in overcoming all the limitations that arise in distance learning that are set due to the covid 19 pandemic. The phenomenon of loss learning is vulnerable to overshadowing in the online learning system. This study explains that the training model based on material presentation and discussion as well as questions and answers for four years through a periodical theme format has shown teacher satisfaction as training participants with the delivery of the material provided by 76.2%. These results indicate that the training materials can be understood by most of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers, and it is necessary to follow up the evaluation of how the impact of the training in increasing the creativity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers is in the pandemic era. For this reason, this research was deliberately carried out as a contributive step to identify various challenges and problems faced by the world of education in Indonesia and recommend several solution steps so that they can contribute ideas to improve education in Indonesia. This research uses the qualitative approach by applying the literature study method as well as collecting primary data and various secondary sources through documentation, followed by analysis of the data obtained. From the research conducted, it can be found that there are several challenges and problems of education in Indonesia, including unbalanced education output, low quality of facilities and infrastructure, low quality and behavior of teachers, student moral behavior, and tolerance for racial intolerance. VARIOUS ADVANTAGES IN EDUCATION Nur Afifah, Rizqi Simanullang, Tuti Madhakomala, R Education is the main factor for every country or nation to excel in global competition, it is also an investment in the future that will be profitable. Various improvements to the education system have been implemented and are close to achieving their goals. The quality education system is actually the spirit of the teachers as the executor of education. Teachers are the key to quality education and the most important factor in the teaching and learning process. This study provides an overview of various problems, advantages and disadvantages of education, differences and similarities between Indonesia's education system and foreign countries. Literature review is the method used in this research. The results of the study show that the advantages of education in Indonesia are (1) a diverse education system; (2) Transparent education system; (3) The curriculum is prepared directly by the experts. Weaknesses; (1) Educators who are not evenly distributed; (2) Educational facilities that are not evenly distributed; (3) The curriculum is still theoretical. Education in Indonesia places more emphasis on learning to read, write, and count for early childhood, learning time is very busy, always giving assignments at home. While abroad, early childhood education places more emphasis on playing and interacting to explore their environment, students only study in class about 30-40% and the rest is spent playing and interacting with their friends, not giving assignments or homework. The similarity is to focus on sharpening students' character intelligence, increasing students' practical abilities which will be needed in the future. Parental involvement in the education of students begins at home, providing a safe and healthy environment, appropriate learning experiences, support, and a positive attitude about school (Durisic & Bunijevac 2017). A descriptive qualitative study was planned to explore the experiences of parents coping mechanisms. The purposive sampling technique was used for data collection. Data were collected from 35 kindergarten parents; through an open-ended question. Three major themes emerged after the data analysis: the teaching experience of a kindergarten parent, the coping mechanism, and the most suitable approach used. It was analyzed that their parent-children's relationships positively influenced the coping-up mechanism. The child's behavior, what interests them most, and not overworking them with the modules were also considered. It was conducted at Northeastern part of the Philippines, specifically at region 4A and region V in the Philippines. The paper is qualitative type of research that utilized the van Kaam method of analysis as modified by Moustakas. The study verified the challenges encountered by PWD employees in their workplaces, the experiences and challenges were further categorized into "Work Experience of PWD" and "Challenges as PWD employee." Also, the result show negative and positive perceptions toward the organization. At Bhayangkara Lemdiklat Polri Hospital, the resignation rate of partner nurses rose from 7.04% in 2023 to 11.27% in 2024. This study aimed to analyse the influence of workload, job stress, and burnout on turnover intention among partner nurses. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed, involving 71 partner nurses selected באמצעות total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis was conducted using chi-square tests and logistic regression. The results indicated that workload had no significant effect on turnover intention (p = 0.336; OR = 0.428; 95% CI: 0.076–2.413). In contrast, job stress showed a significant effect (p = 0.004; OR = 13.337; 95% CI: 2.333–76.248), indicating a substantially higher likelihood of turnover intention among nurses experiencing high stress. Burnout was also significant (p = 0.002; OR = 8.005; 95% CI: 2.106–30.430). Overall, the model explained 54.7% of the variance in turnover intention (Nagelkerke R² = 0.547). Job stress emerged as the most dominant factor. These findings highlight the importance of stress management, psychosocial support, and burnout prevention strategies in reducing nurse turnover intention. It drew out the profile of the Grade 11 learners’ pre-test scores of the problem-solving skills in Statistics and probability utilizing modular distance learning in terms of Analysis, Estimation and Approximation, Hypothesis Testing, and Applied math; the profile of the learners' post-test scores after their exposure to the modular distance learning; tested the significant change in the improvement brought by the utilization of MDL, and the uses of findings to apply in the lesson content and subject matter in Statistics and Probability. The study used the descriptive-evaluative correlational method to determine the data needed under the present investigation. Purposive and quota sampling was used. The research Subjects were the (30) Grade 11 learners of Bula National High School. Weighted Mean, frequency count, percentage, mean and MPL, and t-test were used to treat the data statistically. The significance level was set at 0.05. It revealed that the profile of the learners' post-test scores after their exposure to modular distance learning is satisfactory and significant improvement existed, implying that the utilization of modular distance learning in statistics and probability is effective. Olea, Merry Leo T. Olea, Wendell This study determined the instructional competencies of Mathematics teachers and their performance in the execution of tasks in Lopez East District. The study used the descriptive-evaluated-correlational method of research with documentary analysis in describing the effects of instructional competencies and performance of the teachers. Purposive sampling was used as the locale of the study. The statistical tools used were weighted mean, frequency count, percentage, rank order, Kendall Coefficient of Concordance, and its corresponding Chi-square test. The instructional competencies of the teachers were Very Much Evident. There is a significant agreement on the rank orders on the instructional competencies in terms of knowledge of subject matter, communication skills, instructional practices, evaluation, and professionalism and there is no significant agreement in terms of problem solving. The teachers’ performance in the execution of tasks was Outstanding. There is a significant agreement on the rank orders of the level of teacher’s performance. The result of this study was a great help to the learners   and   also   to the teachers, as facilitators of learning, are encouraged to employ modern methodologies such as using computer-based resources in teaching.  The researcher was motivated to assess the instructional competencies of Mathematics teachers and their teaching performance in Lopez East District. The research method uses the associative quantitative approach which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample was 10478 respondents from superior accredited elementary schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The research was conducted from October to November 2022. The data are collected by the means of questionnaires, and analyzed with covariance-based Structure Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Model evaluation is carried out through two stages of testing, namely testing the measurement model with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and testing the overall fit of the model with Absolute Fit Indices, Incremental Fit Indices, and Persimonious Fit Indices. Both tests produce acceptable values when compared to reference values. Thus the overall SEM model fits the sample data. Testing the structural model shows that the use of gadgets has a direct effect, while the parental consent has an indirect effect through the use of gadgets on the digitalization of learning resources for elementary school students. In this study, the factors causing differences in students' abilities were focused on the intelligence factor used by the school to place students in the Science and Social Studies specialization group. This difference in placement was based on cognitive ability, and student interest carried out by the school. Schools still consider the division of the second major to be more critical based on moderate to low levels of cognitive abilities, so students are in the social studies class group, while moderate to high cognitive abilities are in the science class group. Citizenship education subjects are divided into two groups, where the groups have been divided based on students' cognitive abilities. In this group condition, the two social studies and science class groups should have a different impact on student learning outcomes. Is the justification that the Social Studies class group, which is grouped based on medium to low cognitive abilities, has lower student end-of-semester exam results than the Science class group, or is it the other way around? This research is included in the quasi-experimental research with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted on class XII high school students majoring in science and social studies. Data collection techniques for learning outcomes use good descriptions to measure knowledge or skills. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric (Mann-Whitney U Test). The results of the research show that the learning outcomes of students majoring in civic education in social studies are lower than those majoring in natural sciences, or the learning outcomes of students majoring in natural sciences are higher in citizenship education than students majoring in social studies. DISTANCE LEARNING STRATEGY MODEL BASED ON INTERACTIVE ONLINE TEST GAME TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Fauzi, Muh Boeriswati, Endry Khaerudin, Khaerudin This study aimed to design a distance learning strategy based on interactive online test media on discrete mathematics material to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The low motivation of students to learn mathematics is caused by the paradigm of mathematics which is not a core subject in the informatics department and requires mathematics teaching staff to use new strategies and media to increase student learning motivation. The research method is mixed with developing a distance learning strategy and then ends with a test of effectiveness with the experimental process. The results of strategy development include methods, media, and time management. The resulting way is Synchronous in the form of face-to-face virtual discussions and Asynchronous in the form of material arranged in a Learning Management System (LMS), while the media developed is LMS. The experimental results found that the significant value of paired samples test was 0.00 <0.05, which means that there were differences in student learning outcomes in the experiment and control classes. The average value of the experiment class is 84.04, and the control class is 66.35, which means that the learning outcomes of students who use distance learning based on interactive online test media of discrete mathematics are better than conventional methods. In contrast, the behavior and feelings of students pay less attention. Furthermore, in the Quran of Surah (Q.S) Al-Muzammil verses 1-8, some teachings can be educated to improve spiritual intelligence. Moreover, the teachings in the letter are not only about the rites of worship but also about the whole required by the feelings, knowledge and actions of humans in society. So from this research, we can know how the spiritual values ​​contained in the Quran of Surah Al-Muzzammil, verses 1-8, can form a person's character. The research method used is a literature study with a hermeneutical approach. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation techniques and documents to be analyzed are the contents of the text of surah Al-Muzzammil verses 1-8. While the data analysis method used is Content Analysis, and In addition to content analysis, because the object of study is in the form of text, then this research also uses technical analysis of semiotic. The result of the literature analysis shows that the spiritual values ​​contained in the Q.S Al-Muzzammil verses 1-8 are commands to do good to others, establish prayer, perform qiyamul-lail, recite qur'an with tartil, and with dhikr to God. All of these teachings are not just as an education to hone spiritual intelligence but also contain four aspects, namely the aspect of the soul, spirit, social and biological so that it can help in enhancing one's intellectual and emotional intelligence including helping in physical health. This study aims to analyze the bonus pack, shopping lifestyle, and store atmosphere for impulse buying consumers. This research method uses survey research—data collection using questionnaires with the Likert scale and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the value of the constant 3.829 marked positive, then impulse buying is positive. At the same time, the value of B1 is 0.337 means that if the bonus pack increases, then impulse buying will also increase, assuming the variable shopping lifestyle and store atmosphere is considered fixed, while the value of B2 is 0.276 means that if shopping lifestyle, assuming variable bonus pack and shopping lifestyle are considered fixed. They believe that students are customers and that higher education institution should exceed their expectations. This article uses a literature review to investigate the causes and effects of that paradigm shift. The findings show many negative impacts on treating students as customers such as degrading students-HEI relationship, diverting the orientation of teaching and learning, and contrasting with academic performance. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of online learning through E-Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Mathematics Study Program at Pamulang University to find out the various shortcomings and problems faced by using the CIPP model approach with a focus on learning planning, learning facilities, learning processes, and learning output in online learning through LMS E-Learning. Primary data is obtained from students of the Mathematics Study Program at Pamulang University through questionnaires distributed online. ASSESSMENT OF STUDENT PERFORMANCE ON ONLINE LEARNING DURING PANDEMIC IN INDONESIA Megawanti, Priarti Wahyuni, Tri Megawati, Erna teacher learning loss pandemic psycomotor performance The pandemic has had a negative impact in the form of learning loss. Learning loss during a pandemic was not only experienced by students but also by teachers. Some teachers have difficulty providing an objective assessment, especially psychomotor aspects. This quantitative descriptive research aims to determine teachers' constraints and solutions when assessing student performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms and distributing them to several teachers on Java and outside Java. Fifty-two teachers are willing to fill out the questionnaire completely. Based on the data processing results, it was found that one of the obstacles faced by teachers when giving assessments was the unfriendly internet network, the poor quality of videos or images sent by students, and confusion about who was doing the work (self-made or assisted by others). Some teachers think about and do ways to handle it. At the same time, some others allow the existence of competence that is not achieved. Therefore, it is important to equalize the managerial quality of madrasas. This study describes the efforts of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java in improving the managerial quality of madrasa heads through the madrasa companion program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, relying on primary data and extensive literature studies. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with madrasa principals, teachers, school committees in public and private madrasas and secondary data were collected from relevant documents and similar studies. Students who take part in online learning have an increasingly high interest in learning, and there are also students who, since online learning is carried out, have less interest in learning. The research aims to find out students' interest in participating in online learning with learning outcomes that are held in the Basic Culinary Subject of the Culinary Department Odd Semester Academic Year 2020/2021. Quantitative descriptive research approach, sampling with saturated sample technique. Respondents totaled 37 people, namely class XI students who took Basic Culinary Subjects. Questionnaire data collection techniques, observation, documentation, and report cards. Descriptive data analysis and prerequisite test or normality test and linearity test. The study found a positive relationship between interest in online learning and learning outcomes in Basic Culinary Subjects, with a Pearson correlation value of 0.155 significance level of 0.498 > 0.05. This means that there is no correlation between interest in participating in online learning and student learning outcomes in basic culinary subjects in the culinary department at SMK Negeri 1 Takengon. It was concluded that the relationship between interest in online learning and student learning outcomes in the Basic Culinary Subject of the Culinary Department for the 2020/2021 Academic Year is weak. Computer-Aided Strategic Intervention Material (CA-SIM) in Chemistry 7 Barrameda, Margie Computer-Aided Strategic Intervention Materials (CA_SIM) Academic Performance ADDIE Model Teaching and Learning Contextualization This research study developed Computer-Aided Strategic Intervention Materials (CA-SIM) in Chemistry 7 to promote students’ academic performance in science. The study aimed to answer four specific questions related to the format, steps in development, acceptability, and attitudes towards the CA-SIM. The study used a descriptive-developmental design and employed survey questionnaires and evaluation checklists for experts and students as research instruments. The data revealed that the CA-SIM is highly acceptable and satisfying for both teachers and students, with a rating of 2.57. The CA-SIM has ten lessons based on the competencies given by the new curriculum and follows the ADDIE model. The study concludes that the CA-SIM is a modern and effective way to teach Chemistry 7, making teaching and learning easier and more enjoyable. It is recommended that teachers can modify the CA-SIM based on the learners’ needs and contextualize the materials. The study provides a useful reference for other schools and teachers who teach Chemistry. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Experiential Learning GURU Model Flip-HTML assisted by Flip-HTML. This research uses the CIPP evaluation method by Stuffbleam, which consists of context, inputs, processes, and products. The research approach uses a mixed method approach, namely the sequential exploratory model, using a qualitative approach first, then the next stage using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, and interviews. The subject of research is prospective primary school education teachers. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, while quantitative data were processed by calculating percentages and categorization. The results of this study show that the context has been perfect, the input is quite good, the process is excellent, and the results are categorized as very good. One factor that influences job satisfaction is employees' personality characteristics. This study aims to determine the effect of suitability between personality types and work environment on job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, XYZ University, with a sample of 24 lecturers. Data was collected through the questionnaires and analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed no significant effect of the suitability between personality type and work environment on job satisfaction; the contribution is only 5.3%. COMPARATIVE STUDY OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND MARKET PERFORMANCE IN COMPANIES THAT ARE COMMITTED TO ISO 14001 IN THE MINING SECTOR ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE 2009-2014 Saputra, Fendi Zulkifli, Zulkifli ISO 14001 Net Profit Margin Return on Assets Debt Equity Ratio Price Earnings Ratio Market to Book Value This study examines the financial performance and market performance differences between companies certified to ISO 14001 and those not certified to ISO 14001. The management's environmental commitment is measured using the company's ownership of the ISO 14001 certificate. The financial performance is measured by using the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA), while the market's performance is measured using the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) and the Market to-Book Value (MBV). The study population was a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2014, some 202 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with criteria mining companies from 2009 to 2014, certified ISO 14001 and uncertified ISO 14001; present stock price information, the annual report, and financial statements are complete. Samples are 82 mining companies with a certificate of ISO 14001 and 96 mining companies that do not have a certificate of ISO 14001. Mechanical analysis of data from this study using independent sample t-test. The results showed that the mean financial performance and market performance of companies that are ISO 14001 is higher than those of companies not certified to ISO 14001. There are significant differences in the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Market to Book Value (MBV). The development of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is increasing rapidly from year to year; its benefits can be integrated into managing material warehouse installations to build orderly administration and distribution of material medical supplies needed in each installation unit at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Through the warehousing application with the RFID application, it is hoped that the process of procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of material for medical supplies will be more easily controlled, both for evaluation of use, as well as evaluation of stock-taking of supplies which will later become the basis for material procurement for the following year. In addition, RFID also controls the material distribution designation and year of procurement. The legality of concurrent positions as Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD of Indramayu Regency Based on Koni Decree of West Java Province Number: 084 of 2021 concerning Strengthening the Personnel of the Management of the Indramayu Regency National Sports Committee for the 2021-2025 Service Period. This research was conducted in Indramayu to study and analyze the permissibility of a deputy chairman of the DPRD who is still active and concurrently serving as chairman of the Indonesian National Committee (KONI) at the district level even though this is very much against Article 40 of Law no. 3 of 2005 and the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 27/PUU-V/2007, dated 20 February 2007. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. DISPARITY ANALYSIS OF THE LEARNING PROCESS OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN BANGKA BELITUNG PROVINCE: APPLICATION OF STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC) Pratama, Dinar Azhar, Azhar disparity learning process islamic religious education statistical process control The problem of disparity in the learning process between Madrasahs is one of the contributors to the low quality of Madrasahs. To get the quality of learning, variability in the learning process needs to be suppressed to a minimum. Variability in the learning process can be in the form of differences in teacher competence, availability of learning facilities or facilities, financial capabilities of Madrasah, and socio-cultural factors of the Madrasah environment. Using a quantitative approach, this study aims to analyze the disparity in the learning process between Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in Bangka Belitung Province based on the achievement of UAMBN scores. Data analysis using the Statistical Processes Control (SPC) method with statistical techniques T2. The SPC method generates a control chart that will be used to determine if there is a disparity among Madrasah. The results of data analysis show that there is a disparity in the learning and teaching process at MA in Bangka Belitung Islands Province based on UAMBN's achievements in three subjects (Qur'an Hadith, Fiqh, and Islamic Cultural History). Some things that can be done by related parties to reduce disparities are, 1) coaching all human resources (teachers and education staff) gradually, 2) equitable distribution of the number and quality of teachers, both in public and private, 3) controlling the admission of prospective students so that there is no inequality of interest, and 4) striving for proportional distribution of financial aid for each MA. Conflicts in Tourism Villages and their Settlement Mechanisms (Case Study in Bali, Yogyakarta, Subang, Indonesia) Rahman Hamid, Abdul Martini, Martini Siswanto, Achmad Riady, Yasir Conflict, resolution, and Tourism Village This article describes a map of potential conflicts and the mechanisms used to resolve conflicts in the best tourist villages in Indonesia, namely Panglipuran Bali, Nglanggeran Yogyakarta and Cisaat, West Java. The three villages were chosen by the researchers because they had different conflict characteristics and resolution mechanisms, so the coping strategies were also used in different ways. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method as a strategy of inquiry. The research subjects and locus were carried out among stakeholders, village tourism actors, local communities and tourists in the three villages which were the locus of this research. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews supported by extensive observation and document studies. The results of this study show that conflicts over the management of tourism objects in Panglipuran Bali can be overcome by using a customary institutional approach. Meanwhile, in Nglanggeran, Yogyakarta, the role of youth as actors is important in overcoming conflict. LEGAL STUDY OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING JURISPRUDENCE IN THE MILLENNIAL ERA Ayu Lestari, Tiara Yulviani, Dian Legal Studies, Human Trafficking, Millennial Era The Millennial Era Human Trafficking Law Study investigates the definition of human trafficking in Article 3 of the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress, and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children. It consists of three components: exploitative actions, means, and intent. By extending traffickers' connections and opportunities to recruit and exploit victims, globalization and technological progress facilitate the spread of human trafficking. There are 49.6 million people living in modern slavery, 27.6 million of whom are forced to work and 22 million of whom are compelled to marry. Human trafficking is a complex and multifaceted problem caused by poverty, injustice, conflict situations, gender discrimination, tolerance for violence against women and children, a lack of appropriate laws and political will, restrictive immigration policies, globalization of the sex industry, transnational engagement, and organized crime networks. Due to global threats, the study of human trafficking law in the twenty-first century is crucial. The role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is shown by their role as perpetrator business biggest, as well contribution to absorption power work, formation of Product Domestic Gross (GDP), exports and fixed capital creation/investment. In this research, the role of MSMEs can be seen from 4 variables, namely health, education, pattern consumption and social other. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is in prosperity perpetrator business during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Village Anaiwoi. The research was conducted from May to June 2022. This research uses an approach qualitative and quantitative methods. The data analysis used is a rating scale analysis. The results of the study show that the value of 1,476 is included in the interval category "enough well and well" however more to the category enough good with a percentage value of 80.39%. The objectives of the study were to determine the significance of evaluation in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at the school, the learning methods and assignment systems used in evaluating Islamic Religious Education at Antam Pomalaa Junior High School, and the types of tests used in evaluating the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at Antam Pomalaa Junior High School. This qualitative descriptive field study presents the researchers' findings regarding the significance of assessment in the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Antam Pomalaa Junior High School in Kolaka. This study concluded using qualitative data analysis methods, essentially data described in words or phrases divided into categories. A rare third is interactive and includes (a) data reduction, (b) data display, and (c) conclusion (verification). Based on the collected, described, and analysed data, the author can conclude that the evaluation of the Islamic Religious Education learning process at Antam Pomalaa Junior High School has not reached the desired stage due to a lack of qualified Islamic Religious Education teachers. The study aims to evaluate the performance of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Training. Evaluation of training performance needs to be carried out to measure the effectiveness of the training program. The scope of the research area covers the Provinces of North Sumatra, South Sumatra, DKI Jakarta, West Java, DI. Jogjakarta, East Java, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi and Papua. Measurement includes score improvement of the training participants. This research method is a survey using questionnaires as a research instrument. The data is then processed with pre-test and post-test difference test techniques. The results showed that in general, the increase in the score of training participants in each field and each Training Center significantly shows an increase. The highest pre-test and post-test scores is Training Center Jakarta area. While the pre-test and post-test scores for the highest score is Housing and Settlement Finance Sector. Inconsistencies in the results, caused by a shifting conceptual definition, have become a problem in cohesiveness measurements. This inconsistency in a conceptual definition exists in the literature and is based on the antecedents or the consequences of team cohesiveness. This research aims to determine the efficiency of the Pairs Check learning model with a scientific approach to students' mathematics learning results. The data on students' mathematics learning outcomes were acquired using the instrument at posttest. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were employed in the data analysis approach. The descriptive study found that the mathematics learning outcomes of 30 students taught using Pairs Check model using a scientific approach had an average value (mean) of 80,533. While the students who were taught using conventional learning consisting of 30 students showed an average score is 76,333. Consequently, it can be argued that learning mathematics using a pair check learning model with a scientific approach is more effective than conventional learning methods. This research used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is conducted naturally, and the data collected is generally qualitative. This study used data collection techniques through literature review, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there was an effect of the implementation of the modern tax administration system on taxpayer compliance. The current tax administration system includes (1) organizational structure modernization, (2) organizational procedure modernization, (3) organizational strategy modernization, and (4) organizational culture modernization. This simultaneously and partially affects taxpayer compliance within the Tax Service Office. Placement of employees done by their capacity, capability, reorganization, regeneration, training, and self-capacity development programs. Implementation of the Cocoa Area Development Program Corporate-Based (Plant Integration Cocoa And Cow Livestock) In the Regency East Kolaka Arafat, Arafat Baso, Sudirman Implementation, Cocoa, Cow livestock, East Kolaka Regency The agricultural sector is a mainstay in development in East Kolaka Regency, especially in cocoa and cow livestock commodities. The study's objective is to evaluate the impact of the corporate-based cocoa area development program (integration of cocoa plants and cow livestock) in the East Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The study results concluded that smallholder cocoa plantations have prospects in supporting the integrated farming model with cow livestock. Integrated farming strongly supports the pattern of commodity diversification (cocoa and cow livestock), which can support each other in both business sub-sectors. Cocoa farming does not affect increasing cocoa farming in each village. This research aims to see the correlation between the Sense of Belonging and the Motivation to Study and the correlation between the Sense of Belonging and Motivation to Study toward the Student's Social Welfare. This research uses causal models. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), operated through the LISREL program. The population in this study were all active Indonesian students studying domestically. The number of samples in this study was 227 students who filled out questionnaires online. A MODEL OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION BOOK ASSESSMENT PROGRAM Perwira, Reza Sri Rahayu, Neneng Asropi, Asropi collaborative governance; the assessment of religious education books; the Ministry of Religious Affairs The religious education book assessment (REBA) program is one of the national book governances in Indonesia implemented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs collaboratively. However, this program is considered to have not divided the functions of stakeholders appropriately in accordance with the concept of collaborative governance and national book regulations which are the responsibility of the government, private sector and community. The results show: (1) stakeholder functions are based on variable indicators of collaboration by dividing responsibility among six program implementation teams (verifiers, IT teams, book assessors, supervisors, supervisors, and instrument developers). (2) The collaboration model of this program refers to the principles of collaboration dynamics: face-to-face, motivational sharing, attractive communication, knowledge, and high adaptability. Freedom to Learn in Ki Hajar Dewantara's Perspective: Historical Studies and Their Relevance to Character Education Widiyarto, Sigit Purnomo, Budi Independent study; Perspektive; Kihajar Dewantara; Character building Ki Hajar Dewantara is an important figure in the history of Indonesian education. The ideas set forth in various writings are still relevant to the struggle for. The purpose of this study is to describe Ki Hajar Dewantara's perspective on independent learning and describe its relevance to student character education. The research method used is library research method. The results that independent learning is an educational idea based on independence in living one's life but must follow the prevailing norms. The learning carried out aims to improve cognitive abilities, understanding, and the ability to practice the information that has been learned. The concept of character education advances and changes the mind, body, and attitude (inner strength, character), virtuous, intelligent, intelligent and able-bodied individuals. Systematic Review of The Impact Evaluation of Teacher Profession Education Programmes in Indonesia Sari, Wiwin Rita Komarudin, Komarudin Badrujaman, Aip Tola, Burhanuddin Education largely determines the progress of a nation and the development of the golden generation. Teachers play a strategic role in the educational process and must master core competencies to create innovative learning. The research methods used in literature review analysis articles play an important role in developing a solid framework and ensuring accurate and reliable analysis results.  The results of the analysis show that The Teacher Profession Education Program (PPG) is a crucial step in improving the quality of teacher performance and attitudes towards the teaching profession. It plays an important role in identifying teachers' strengths and weaknesses, providing valuable feedback, and encouraging them to continue learning and developing their teaching skills. Evaluation of the impact of the PPG program is important to find out what benefits arise from participation in the program. DEVELOPMENT OF CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION IN INDONESIAN Afriadi, Bambang Komarudin, Komarudin Dudung, Agus Citizenship Education, Intercultural Education, Global Citizenship, Digital Citizenship, Media Citizenships This article tries to contribute to building judgments based on many important issues. This study is intended to evaluate comprehensively, in this case, citizenship education as part of the curriculum. Systematic reviews are used to examine this study, which refers to a methodological combination in which a literature review is an important component. At the same time, assessment is a matching technique. Matching approach compares quality with criteria to a particular result. This study reveals that citizenship education and civil engagement is based on the belief that citizenhood education is a powerful instrument with the capacity to influence the future. Consider applying the ideas and practices of citizenship and intercultural education to international and local development. Study of the Academic Culture of Religion-Based Schools in Urban Areas Rosikin, Rosikin Gozali , Imam Fatimah, Siti Siswanto, Achmad Riady, Yasir Academic Culture, Challenges and Opportunities, Religious Schools, The development of students' potential and achievement in schools is strongly supported by learning practices based on a quality academic culture. This article describes the challenges and efforts of three private religious high schools in the City of East Jakarta to build their academic culture in their respective schools. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and secondary data collection. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers, students and parents in three senior high schools which became the locus of this study. The results of this study indicate that the challenges and efforts to develop an academic culture are responded to differently. Each school that is our research focus mobilizes its resources to build and develop an academic culture. Motivation for Saving in Mutual Funds: Netnography Study on Bibit Instagram Posts Ria, Reny Refitaningsih Peby motivation mutual funds saving Developments in technology and information make it easier for Millennials and Z generations to access investment information and make investments through smartphones. Mutual fund investment can be the best alternative choice for beginners who want to start investing because mutual funds are investment products that are relatively easy to understand and accessible to anyone. In this regard, the use of digital platforms and applications makes the mutual fund investment transaction process faster and simpler, one of which is the Bibit application. The Bibit application is a platform used for mutual fund investment that provides mutual fund purchases with an affordable investment nominal.The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the reasons Millennials and Z generations are motivated to save mutual funds in the Bibit application. This type of research uses netnography research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by extracting comment content on Bibit Instagram posts. Meanwhile, data analysis used comment content analysis on Bibit Instagram posts and thematic analysis using Atlas.ti. The results showed that people's motivation to invest in the Bibit application was due to several factors including 1) self-control, 2) financial parenting, 3) financial management, 4) financial allocation, 6) investment, 7) profit, 8) addiction to saving, 9) financial freedom, 10) well-being. The results of this study can practically be used by future researchers to analyze online community interactions, especially mutual fund investment analysis in the Bibit application using the netnographic method for initial in-depth studies as a provision for conducting field research. A SULAPA EPPE’E MODEL CONSTRUCTION FOR THE LEGAL PROTECTION OF THE LIFE ENVIRONMENT IN THE COASTAL FISHING RESOURCE EXPLOITATION AT SOUTH SULAWESI PROVINCE Ilyas , Ilyas Kusuma , Apriliani Construction, The Sulapa' Eppe'e model, Local wisdom, Legal protection This research analyzes the construction model of Sulapa Eppe'e in environmental law protection for the utilization of coastal fishery resources. This type of research uses a normative-empirical constructivism paradigm. The results of the study show that Sulapa Eppe'e adheres to a four-dimensional system of legal relations that places humans as the center in relations with God, nature (environment), society, and the government and the state. Model construction includes: concepts, philosophies, paradigms, ideologies, basic values, norms, principles, analytical methods and practices. This model gave birth to three pillars of wisdom, namely local wisdom, ecological wisdom, and the legal wisdom of the Mampanre'tasi tradition (conservation and zoning system), Rompong (protection and management system), Pemali and Palili'(prevention and repressive system), Mamia Kadialo (ecological wisdom values), Ponggawa – sawi (coordination and cooperation system). The Sulapa Eppe'e model can play an important role in overcoming tensions, integrating and harmonizing political products, ecological products and cultural products from environmental law.
