The International Journal of Business, Law, and Education (IJBLE) is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal committed to disseminating high-quality scientific research. To support editorial management, professional peer review, DOI registration, long-term digital preservation, online publication, indexing services, and journal maintenance, authors are requested to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Publication Fee Waiver (Free of Charge)
To encourage outstanding scientific contributions, the Editorial Board may grant a 100% publication fee waiver for selected manuscripts.
Articles may be considered for a full APC waiver if they:
- Demonstrate exceptional scientific quality and originality.
- Provide significant theoretical or practical contributions.
- Receive outstanding evaluations from peer reviewers.
- Have strong international relevance and research impact.
- Are recommended by the Editorial Board based on academic excellence.
APC waivers are granted solely at the discretion of the Editorial Board and are subject to the journal's publication budget and editorial policy.
Submission of manuscripts is completely free of charge. Authors will only be asked to pay the APC after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Rejected manuscripts will never incur any publication fees.
