The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job loyalty, and compensation on employee performance at PT Hankuk Fishing. Data were obtained from 83 respondents through questionnaires using the random sampling method. Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression shows that job satisfaction, job loyalty, and compensation partially have a significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount value greater than the ttable. The F test results also show significance, indicating that the three variables together contribute 53.8% to employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.
