Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment and Employee Performance.Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Tangerang. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 74 employees. The results of this study indicate that Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by the partial test (t-test) obtaining a significance level of 0.46, which is less than 0.05 (0.46 < 0.05), and a t-value of 2.034 > 1.66660. Compensation also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as shown by the partial test (t-test) obtaining a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and a t-value of 3.880 > 1.66660. Similarly, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as demonstrated by the partial test (t-test) obtaining a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), and a t-value of 3.625 > 1.66660. Moreover, Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as confirmed by the F-test. With an F-table value of 2.74 (df = n-k-1 or 74-3-1 = 70), the obtained F-value is 35.994, which is greater than the F-table value, and the significance level is 0.000, less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
