International Education Trend Issue (IETI) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal. Authors retain the copyright of their published articles without restriction.

Copyright Ownership

Copyright of each article remains with the author(s). Authors retain their copyright and publishing rights and grant International Education Trend Issue (IETI) a non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, and identify the journal as the original publisher of the article.

The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright to the publisher. Authors remain the copyright holders of their work unless otherwise stated in the published article.

Creative Commons License

Unless otherwise stated, articles published in International Education Trend Issue (IETI) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, users are permitted to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes;
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for non-commercial purposes;
• use these permissions without seeking additional permission from the author(s), provided that all applicable license conditions are fulfilled.

Reuse is subject to the following conditions:

• Attribution (BY): appropriate credit must be given to the author(s), the article title, journal, and original publication, together with a reference to the applicable license;

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to use their published work for scholarly, educational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license. Authors may also deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networking platforms, and other scholarly repositories, provided that full bibliographic details and a link to the version of record published by IETI are included.

Commercial Use

The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license does not authorize commercial reuse of published articles. Requests for commercial reuse that are not otherwise permitted by law must be addressed to the copyright holder(s).

Third-Party Material

The Creative Commons license applies to the article as a whole unless a different copyright or licensing statement is indicated for particular figures, photographs, datasets, illustrations, or other third-party material. Users are responsible for obtaining permission from the relevant copyright holder where reuse is not covered by the article's license or by applicable legal exceptions.

Version of Record and Attribution

When an IETI article is reused, deposited, distributed, or adapted, users should provide appropriate attribution to the author(s) and cite the original version of record, including the article title, journal title, publication year, volume, issue, page or article number where applicable, and DOI.
