International Education Trend Issue (IETI) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal. The journal provides immediate and unrestricted online access to its published content in order to support the widest possible dissemination, visibility, accessibility, and responsible reuse of scholarly research.

Immediate Open Access

All articles published in International Education Trend Issue (IETI) are freely available to readers immediately upon publication. The journal does not apply an embargo period and does not require readers or institutions to pay subscription or access fees to read published articles.

Readers may access, read, download, save, print, search, link to, and share published articles in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.

Open Access Principles

IETI supports the principles of open scholarly communication and the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The journal believes that free and responsible access to peer-reviewed research promotes the dissemination of knowledge, strengthens scholarly communication, supports education, and increases the potential impact of research.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright in their published work and grant International Education Trend Issue (IETI) the right of first publication.

Unless otherwise stated on an individual article, articles published by IETI are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License .

Under this license, users may share and adapt the published material for non-commercial purposes, provided that:

  • appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication;
  • a link to the applicable Creative Commons license is provided;
  • any modifications or adaptations are clearly indicated;
  • the material is not used for commercial purposes; and

Author Rights

Reader Rights and Reuse

No registration, subscription, or payment is required to access the full text of articles published by IETI. Machine Readability and Indexing

IETI supports the discovery and dissemination of scholarly content through search engines, scholarly databases, library services, indexing platforms, and other academic discovery systems. Journal metadata may be harvested, indexed, and processed by scholarly information services in accordance with applicable technical standards and licensing terms.

Open Access and Editorial Independence

Open-access publication does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies, scholarly merit, originality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, methodological quality, research integrity, and peer-review process.

Editorial decisions are made independently of any publication fees, financial considerations, institutional affiliation, nationality, or professional status of the author(s).

Publication Fees

The journal's open-access model and any applicable Article Processing Charge (APC), waiver, or other publication-related fee are stated transparently on the journal's official Article Processing Charge (APC) page. No fee provides any guarantee of manuscript acceptance or favorable editorial treatment.

Permanent Access

IETI is committed to maintaining long-term availability and accessibility of its scholarly content. Published articles constitute part of the scholarly record and should remain accessible through the journal platform and applicable scholarly preservation or repository mechanisms.
