STEPS TO USE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE IMPACT WITH COVID-19 AHEAD OF ELECTIONS AS A MEANS OF SOCIALIZATION AND EARLY 2021 CAMPAIGN IN MAINTAINING THE POSITION AS REGIONAL HEAD IN INDONESIA

Abstract
